“all the more reason” is used for emphasizing that what someone has said or done is another reason why they should do a particular thing = още по-разумно е; още повече; толкова повече

Example: But if anything bad is going to happen, that’s all the more reason to be as happy as I can, while I can.

“to be tied up” means to be very busy / totally occupied =  изцяло зает/заангажиран с/погълнат от някого/нещо

Example: I can’t go out tonight, we have a new project and I’m tied up at work.
