‘To be tied up” means to be very busy / totally occupied

Example: I don’t know when I’ll be home tonight - I’m all tied up in this project.

all the more reason

“All the more reason” means with even better reason or cause for doing something. (още по-разумно е, още повече, толкова повече)

Example:

Bob: I’m tired of painting this fence. It’s so old it’s rotting!

Sally: All the more reason to paint it.

all hell breaks loose

“all hell breaks loose” means that a situation suddenly becomes violent and noisy, especially with people arguing or fighting = настава същински ад

Example: When the soldiers started shooting, all hell broke loose.

to be on the money

“to be (right) on the money” means to be absolutely perfect / precisely as desired / accurate = точно в целта

Example: The CEO’s proposal was right on the money and the company was able to close the deal.
